REGISTRATION MEETING DATE SET 

FC York Players and Families, 

A Mandatory meeting has been set for all players on Sunday May 18^th at Penn State York to start at 6:00 pm.  We will meet in the school cafeteria. 

For the registration process please print off the following forms off the FC York Website (under the documents page) and complete them.

Please be sure to bring the following items with you:

1. Copy of Birth Certificate
2. RG 6 Form ( print off FC York Documents page)
3. Medical Release Form ( print off FC York Documents page)
4. Code of Conduct From ( print off FC York Documents page)
5. 1 X 1 head shot picture of player
6. $100 Club Registration Fee
7. $80 to open your account with the team for training and league play

Also that night we will finalize the uniform order.  We are hoping to have the jerseys present for size fitting purpose.  With the uniform, we will have everyone purchase the standard kit for our team, which is:

• Onore Blue Jersey (Short Sleeve)
• Onore White Jersey (Short Sleeve)
• ADIDAS Campo White shorts
• ADIDAS Elite White Sock w/ Blue Stripes
• ADIDAS Coppa Edge Sky Blue Sock

The total cost of our kit will be $110.50.  For those players returning from York United you will receive a $105.00 credit toward your purchase.  If you would like to purchase any other items … long sleeve white jersey, warm ups, bags, etc. you may also place that order on May 18^th.  Payment does NOT have to be made until our order arrives.

Finally, we will discuss the summer training schedule, potential summer tournament opportunities and the Fall League.
