Club Policy Highlights
* Trainer's pay is monthly per player
* Teams pay their trainer's fees and expenses
* Fees based on 2 training sessions per week & ALL games
* Fee range is flexible - teams have options as outlined above
* Non-rostered players train at a discounted rate determined by the coach
* Two coaches - teams have options to split fee
    - Head coach makes decision on fee split
    - Combined $/player/mo maximum is license-appropriate
    - 110% Rule: The fee for 2 trainers cannot exceed 110% of max license fee
    Example: 2 coaches both have D licenses. The head coach charges $32 and gives his assistant $10.
                     110% of $40 is $44 so this pay scale meets the standard.
* Parent/Coach compensation is consistent with the fee matrix above
* Teams have options but training fees still apply
* Consider primary & secondary seasonal cycle
* Fall & Spring/Summer is primary
* Winter is secondary and charged at 1/2 normal rate
* Hotel room & meals are a separate team expense
* Per diem meal compensation is $40 ($80 per weekend tournament)
    - A weekend tournament is considered 1 full day & 2 half days
* Mileage NOT included (personal tax deduction)
* Coach / Trainer's compensation breakdown is disclosed to the team.
* Specialized training (keeper etc.) - Club coordinates and covers the cost
* Player scholarships to help cover fees - need based, contact coach
* License matrix provides an approximate comparison
    - College players have one year to obtain a coaching license after starting with the Club.
    - Professional players have one year after the completion of playing
        career and/or starting with the Club to obtain a coaching license
        (whichever is longer)
