FC York Tryout Schedule for the 2009/2010 Season

All players should preregister by contacting the coach of the team that they are trying out for
All players are to tryout at age or grade appropriate only. If a player is approved to play up, the decision will be made by DOC

All tryouts will take place on the college field at Penn State York with exception of the U17 girls who will hold their tryouts at York Country Day School.

FC York will consider adding an additional team at any age group provided there are a sufficient number of qualified players.

All players are required to bring the following items to their tryout

• Completed Tryout Registration Form (Please type information and then print)

• Completed Medical Release Form (Please type information and then print)

• Completed Code of Conduct Form (Signed by both player and parent)

• Proper soccer attire (Shinguards are mandatory. Cleats are recommended but not required)

• Properly inflated soccer ball (Size 4 U12 and under / Size 5 U13 and over)

• Water bottle
